The questions everyone asks.

Why do I have to pay for the Discovery Sprint? You also offer free options.
You have two free starting points already - the Automation Readiness Scorecard (15 minutes, tailored PDF) and the 30-min Intro Call. Use those first. The paid Discovery Sprint exists for buyers who are past the "is automation right for us" stage and want a real one-week deep-dive that produces an actual process map and ranked opportunity register. Free audits done by other consultancies typically qualify badly and produce generic "automation roadmap" PDFs that no one acts on. The Discovery Sprint is the first real day of work, not another sales call.
What if my project doesn't fit any of the four tiers?
Most do. The four tiers cover 95% of mid-market supply chain, manufacturing, freight and field services automation. If yours genuinely doesn't fit - for example a multi-month strategic transformation, a large enterprise pilot, or unusual hardware integration - book the free 30-min Intro Call and we'll either scope a custom engagement or tell you we're not the right fit. Both answers save you time.
What if the scope changes mid-engagement?
Small in-flight adjustments are absorbed at no extra cost - we expect them. Material scope additions are handled as a separate Workflow Sprint or new tier engagement, fixed-fee. We never use scope creep as a billing tactic and we never quote hourly mid-project. The fixed fee is the fixed fee.
Do you do enterprise / six-figure custom builds?
Sometimes - and only after you've completed at least one Workflow Sprint or Agent Build with us so we both know what we're committing to. We don't sell big custom transformations to first-time clients. The ladder exists for a reason: land small, expand on proof.
What if it doesn't work?
Every Workflow Sprint and Agent Build engagement carries a warranty period (30 days for Workflow Sprint, 60 days for Agent Build) where we fix any failure to meet the spec at no cost. The spec is documented in writing at the start of the engagement and signed off by you. If we deliver the spec and you decide the spec was wrong, we treat that as a new engagement. If we fail to deliver the spec, we fix it on our time.
Is Operations Care actually optional after the 6-month minimum?
Yes, after the contractual minimum (6 months from Agent Build handover), Operations Care converts to month-to-month with 30 days notice. We require the 6 months because we've seen what happens to systems that get neglected. After that you decide.
Why don't you offer outcome-based / pay-on-savings pricing?
Because measuring "savings" honestly in mid-market requires audited financials that you don't want to share, and we don't want to chase. Outcome pricing also creates the wrong incentives - rushing to claimed wins instead of building durable systems. Fixed fee aligns us with delivering the spec on time, every time.
